Hello! I’m Melissa, a Taiwanese-American artist from San Diego. My work is mainly inspired by nature and feelings of nostalgia to create pieces that are visually pleasing and emotionally resonant. My mother instilled in me a love for art from a young age and now I can’t imagine doing anything but making art. My medium of choice is digital, but I find myself enjoying oil painting and mixed media art from time to time. When I’m not drawing, I can often be found listening to random podcasts ranging from pop culture to Greek mythology, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, or spending time by the ocean.
